ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, please contact customer service at cs@citymall.com with your request and provide the order number. If the order has not been processed we will do our best to cancel it. This is not a guarantee. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
