Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged. NOTE: The customer is required to pay shipping on all return orders. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, CityMall reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Full-price in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, less all shipping charges.
- Final-sale, Clearance & Closeout merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Sample-sale merchandise is final sale.
- Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. CityMall will provide a prepaid UPS or U.S. Postal Service shipping label to expedite the return for orders. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact CityMall Customer Service at email@example.com
CityMall customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. CityMall is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
CITYMALL GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A CITYMALL GIFT CERTIFICATE
Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a CityMall Gift Card. We will issue a new Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.
If you used a credit card in addition to a CityMall Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and issue a new Gift Card in the amount used on the original purchase. In either case, you will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.
CITYMALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at a department store or any other store selling CityMall merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to citymall.com.
