CityMall ships to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based upon the shipping address provided. We do not ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING TO THE NON-CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, select two-day or next-day air services for expedited delivery. Deliveries to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS; the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based upon freight fees.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements detailed on citymall.com. All purchases from citymall.com are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of an order you've placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will refund for the merchandise and tax paid less the return shipping charges.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
You will receive an order-confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system (this may take up to 15 minutes). Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the UPS tracking number for your package.
